In the past week, a total of 10 Interactive Whiteboards or Fixed projector & screen installations were completed across the campus, from Prep - Year 7. These were funded out of the NSP project as well as subsidised by the P&C and Dayboro Apex. This exciting new teaching and learning technology has been enthusiastically adopted by teachers & students. All staff will receive PD on Interactive Whiteboards in the next couple of weeks. Student Leaders for 2010 were presented their badges at a special school assembly on Friday 12 February. A large gathering of parents, grandparents and community members were there to view the ceremony, which included an address by Carolyn Male (State Member for Pine Rivers). Congratulations to these students!

The steel framework for the new hall is currently going up, as are the steel posts for the new library building. Students and staff are taking a keen interest in the progress of these buildings and all the associated trucks, cranes and other construction machinery at our school.
